Government regulation should only be used when there is a proven need. Otherwise, government should provide services the community demands. This is one reason community involvement is important, and why everyone should be heard. I believe government should be run like a successful service-oriented business. Because it is funded by the people, it should provide the services the community requires or requests, as finances permit.
