Education and Qualifications:

Burlingame is a wonderful community.

I will work with you to make Burlingame an even better place while maintaining
our traditions.

I am a Burlingame native, attended local schools, played in city youth and
adult recreation programs, was President of Burlingame Rotary, and have worked
for various charitable organizations which benefited Burlingame residents.

I bring a unique blend of community involvement and successful business
experience to the Council that includes:

*  starting my own accounting firm, Galligan & Co., CPAs, 17 years ago and
assisting many local individuals and businesses.

*  a founding director of a local bank that has grown from $3 million to $300
million in assets. The bank is one of the highest rated banks in California for
safety and security.

Burlingame no longer has an elected City Treasurer. My accounting experience
will provide valuable assistance as the Council balances our annual $35 million
budget.

As a participant in "Burlingame Together," a volunteer in school programs and a
volunteer in youth sports, I believe I understand the needs of our Burlingame
Community. I will fight for more recreational space and opportunities for our
youth and seniors while protecting our tax base and at the same time
maintaining our unique charm and character.
