Deborah Wilder	Age: 41
Occupation: Business Owner/Attorney

Education & Qualifications:

I have lived in Foster City with my husband and three children since 1982. I
have been an active participant in AYSO Soccer, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts,
Chamber of Commerce, PTAs and more.

Major changes are being planned for Foster City. These include total build-out
of the old high school site, the Senior Center, and a new Civic Center. My
business experience in both construction and law will help bring an
understanding of technical issues to the Council which will allow us to
complete this building process on time and within budget.

My other concerns include the airline traffic over the City, repeated power
outages and a long term solution to operating our new library.

If elected, I will work toward having a Foster City website with on-line access
to all City departments where residents can get basic information, post
questions, start the permit process or register for a recreation program
"on-line". I will establish regular business hours where other residents can
meet and speak with me about their concerns. I will listen to the concerns of
all citizens and use my best judgment to make Foster City an even greater place
to live, work and play.
