Occupation: Engineer/Manager

Education & Qualifications:

I look forward to continuing my service to the community as a director of the
West Bay Sanitary District. As a director my objective is to provide the
district's customers with the highest possible value, bringing new and creative
ideas that will establish short and long term strategies to maximize service at
a minimum cost.

My background includes management of an industrial water treatment facility, a
commercial manufacturing operation, and certification in waste water treatment
plant operations. In a commercial water treatment operation, I have
successfully proven that quality and service can be improved while at the same
time reducing costs.

With a Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business, I understand
the operations and finances of both the sanitary district and the waste water
treatment plant.

My community service includes experience as a director of the West Bay Sanitary
District, director of a local water district, and as a member of the Caltrain
Citizens Advisory Committee. I am a multi-gallon donor at the Stanford Blood
Center, and I am an Eagle Scout.
