I was born and raised mainly in the Bay Area and moved to the coast after living and working in Santa Clara Valley for 8 years. My husband, Brian Favero has been a resident here in Half Moon Bay for over 17 years and we enjoy living in one of the oldest houses on the west side of Hwy 1. When I moved to Half Moon Bay and became a parent, becoming involved in the community was a high priority. Since I enjoy running and cycling I appreciated and was grateful to live in such a beautiful and scenic place. It has been my desire to preserve this area for generations to come. My election to the City Council in 1996 was extension of this desire. I still believe one person can make a difference and I would like to continue to be that person.
